Footnote Company Internship

Our ten-week internship offers an opportunity for an early career dance artist to work within the company and be part of the team through re-mount, touring and performances of IYKYK, a double bill by Holly Newsome and Forest Kapo.

Footnote will be welcoming applications from artists who live or have trained in Aotearoa. Applicants will need to have completed tertiary dance training.

Internship dates: 23rd January - 28th March 2024

Footnote Secondment

Our secondments provide an opportunity for final year tertiary dance students to join our company members for one week, either during a choreographic development process for one of our 2024 seasons, or during our Dance in Education programme where company members lead workshops in schools. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the environment at Footnote New Zealand Dance and experience the inner workings of a professional company.

Project Based Dancers

Footnote is thrilled to be able to offer various project based contracts throughout 2024 and 2025. Please fill out this form to submit your expression of interest.
